We help you grow through strategy, talent management, and planning.
We protect people for a living. Some days we are protecting an individual from a tough situation at work, other days we are protecting every person who works in that business by setting expectations, finding clarity and enforcing accountability.

What’s our HR superpower?
Providing you with the tools and resources you need so that you can focus on your business.
We are passionate about digging into the numbers and helping small businesses find the money they are leaving on the table. We provide support, design, strategy, but most importantly we treat you, as our client, how we would want to be treated. We stand up for the little guys, what’s right, and we protect both you and the employee. That is what UNIcycle represents.
About the owner…
Tami Parker is the founder and CEO of UNIcycle Business Consulting, an HR consulting firm servicing all of Colorado. With over 40 years of collective HR experience and 32 years of her own experience, Tami and UNIcycle bring larger corporation experience combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, and an invaluable desire to help small businesses grow! She is passionate about protecting the rights of the employees and the business, because without those protections businesses fail and people lose jobs. Tami is passionate about preventing those tragedies from happening. She has an innate ability to step back and view every issue objectively and from a Business Strategy and HR / Team Management background. She analyzes the issue as it applies to the customer’s experience, the employee’s experience, and the owner’s experience while never losing sight of the impact to the bottom line. Tami will identify the intangibles and make them tangible. Taking a practical approach to the value of staff hours, sweat equity, and mental fatigue, she offers actionable, quantifiable adjustments to support business through these rocky waters.
Tami is also an advocate for women, equity, and the underserved. As the mother of two adult sons and the wife of an incredible man, she makes no bones about her mission to break down patriarchy!
She sits on several boards and organizations in a volunteer capacity that supports these values. Some of her passion projects are the Undestructable, an organization that helps promote healing and provide employment to survivors of intimate partner violence as they rebuild their own hearts, souls, and confidence through craft/making/building/selling, the Division of Vocational Rehab, a government agency that helps people with disabilities obtain employment, and she is the CFO for She Goes High, a women’s networking group that focuses on leadership development, authenticity, community, and accessibility for all women.

“Tami has been such a gift to our staff. As a small business, we had access to tools for making sure our documents were "legal"... But we were looking for a solution that was nuanced, supported our company vision, and could provide support to our staff on an individual level. We couldn't support a full HR department, but we didn't want to cut corners either. Tami has been a perfect fit. She is compassionate, responsible, clear, and helpful. We've enjoyed the way she takes our company vision and infuses it into all of the legal stuff that has to be said. Her support in resolving interpersonal conflicts through active listening and years of expertise keeps us more cohesive as a team."
