Meet our team

  • Tami Parker, Founder & CEO

Tami founded UNICylce in 2017. Tami is also an advocate for women, equity, and the underserved. As the mother of two adult sons and the wife of an incredible man, she makes no bones about her mission to break down patriarchy!

She sits on several boards and organizations in a volunteer capacity that support these values. Some of her passion projects are the Undestructable, an organization that helps promote healing and provide employment to survivors of intimate partner violence as they rebuild their own hearts, souls, and confidence, the Department of Vocational Rehab, a government agency that helps people with disabilities obtain employment, and she is the CFO for She Goes High, a women’s networking group that focuses on leadership development, authenticity, community, and accessibility for all women.

Tami is a BIPOC woman, an ally, an advocate, and goes out of her way to do the right thing, fight for the underdog, and ensure no one’s rights are being taken for granted or violated. Her superpower is to protect your business, of course, but her priority is to protect the employees, because without the employees there is no business.

She sits on the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, leads book clubs specific to women by women authors, she has been highlighted in Founded by FoCo, and led UNIcycle to be named the Winner for the 2022 Best of Fort Collins Awards in the category of Human Resource Consulting! She has a lot on her plate, and somehow never waivers in excellence, character, and integrity!

"I am passionate about digging into the numbers and helping small business find the money they are leaving on the table. I feel that by helping small business I am helping my community overall. 97.6% of Colorado Businesses are considered “small” and 48.8% of Colorado’s workforce is employed by small business. I am here to help small business grow through solid management practices and creating a business analysis cycle to facilitate change."

  • Sarah Britton, HR Specialist

With 16 years of expertise in HR and Operations, Sarah Britton is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions that has helped companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people. She is dedicated to creating inclusive cultures that promote continuous business growth, diversity and cultivate customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best self to the job.

Sarah's strengths are in the service and hospitality industries because she is a natural-born helper! She thrives when she is helping others to achieve their goals; she says it's who she is at her core. This is why she and Tami work so well together and why she is such an invaluable asset to UNICylce; they help people grow together!

Sarah has a knack for growing people and being a mentor and this is what has made her rise into leadership very early in her career. When she was just a teen, she was handed over the reins of a café to run full-time! Little did she know, this opportunity would set the stage for the long career in Human Resources, people management, and talent acquisition that was to come!

Running this café, so early in her career supported her growth in HR in so many ways! It helped her gain people skills at all levels of the business-- both with owners and stakeholders as well as the frontline workers. The owner invested in her career development, training, and continuing education putting her through seminars, workshops, and leadership training that would prove to be invaluable in her ever evolving career!

Perhaps what sets Sarah apart, beyond her years of experience and expertise, is her "mama bear" desire to take care of those who aren't being treated fairly! She is an advocate, an ally, bilingual, and an all around fantastic person and we're so happy to have her as part of the UNICycle team!

“Tami and team help us level-up the HR experience for our employees. When we brought in Tami we were a little too small to need a full time HR person, but too big not to address some of the things our employees expected us to do. Tami has been the perfect fit to help us fill the need and raise the level of professionalism in HR!”
